Middle / High School students will travel to the Dauphin Island Sea Lab
Alabama's Marine Research and Education Center for 3 days of exciting study, mixed in with a little sunshine and fun.

Time to dress up and look sharp for your annual class photo.  Individual and sibling photos will be taken.  Information on your students' photo day will be sent home via email the week before. These pictures will be used in our 2025/2026 yearbook and will also be available for purchase.

The schedule is as follows:  

Wednesday, September 3rd

Toddler 1:  8:30 - 9:10 a.m.

Toddler 2:  9:10 - 9:50 a.m. 

Primary Classroom 2 (Ms Sarita):  9:55 - 10:50 a.m.

Faculty:  10:50 - 11:20 a.m.

 

Thursday, September 4th

Primary Classroom 1 (Ms Andrea):  8:30 - 9:15 a.m.

Lower Elementary:  9:25 - 10:55 a.m.

Faculty:  11:00 - 11:20 a.m.

International Day of Peace, celebrated annually on September 21st, is a day dedicated to promoting peace and harmony around the world. Established by the United Nations in 1981, this day reminds us of the importance of peaceful coexistence, conflict resolution, and the pursuit of a more peaceful future. In the Montessori educational approach, the principles of peace and global citizenship are deeply ingrained in the curriculum.
